Job Description
We are currently seeking caring and empathetic individuals to join our team as Non-Medical Caregivers. In this role, you will provide essential assistance and support to our clients, helping them with daily tasks and activities while promoting their overall well-being.
Roles and Responsibilities
Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to dietary restrictions or preferences.
Help with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up living spaces and doing laundry.
Accompany clients to appointments and outings, ensuring their safety and comfort.
Monitor and report any changes in the client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor.
Requirements
Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred but not required.
A compassionate and patient demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
The ability to lift 50 lbs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible.
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required.
